I just lurk Tumblr for most of mine.
They're very fast at uploading high quality ones.Giphy is one of the easiest ones to use though. You just need a clip of video to GIF from. You can use YouTube as well.

My favourite thing about those GIFs is seeing how differently everybody sells a stunner. I love the over the top sells myself.
