WrestleMania The Queen vs. The Empress...Charlotte vs. Asuka...

Oh Yeah! Its happening! Its time! On the Grandest stage of them all!

The Queen vs. The Empress...
Charlotte vs. Asuka...
East vs. West...

(I wanted to make a Godzilla vs. King Kong reference...but I couldn't
without it sounding like an insult to both women)

Now I think I'll simply post a list to stress a few points...mainly because
I love writing lists...

1). I know that the most likely outcome of this match is Asuka going over
& claiming the title. I fully accept that. Charlotte doesn't need a title to be
a legitimate star & she does not need to break Asuka's streak.

2). While I have basically been looking forward to this match since TakeOver
Dallas/Wrestlemania 32...I understand that the match itself will come down to
the chemistry between the 2 performers & whether Carmella is given permission
to cash in her MitB contract.

While I do want Carmella to successfully cash in...I honestly think she should
be kept far away from this match.

Of course now I've said that...Carmella will most likely show up during this
match & get choked out, failing in her attempt to cash in & allow Asuka to
win the title without pinning/submitting Charlotte...which would be the worst
booking ever for this match.

3). I do understand that most "Dream Matches" fail to live up to their hype &
build...but I am hopeful that this one can buck that trend.

4). While I adore Becky Lynch & very much want to see her tangle with Asuka...
this match needs to remain a 1 on 1 contest between Charlotte & Asuka.

If the WWE want to expand the possible rematch at Backlash to a triple threat
match...then sure...that would be awesome.

5). I hope this match is given enough time for the women involved to tell the
best possible in-ring story they can.

Now with that all said...I open this thread up to you my fellow forum members...

Share your thoughts, opinions & booking ideas for this truly landmark match
between (possibly) the 2 best female workers in the wrestling world right now.

Asuka will win

All signs point in that direction...Charlotte doesn't
need to be the one to break the streak...but then
neither is Ronda Rousey.

I mean it WWE...DO NOT pull that shit again!

Jersey Shore will cash in and lose.

Carmella (What makes her Jersey Shore?) would
never recover from that. I'm praying that Mella strikes
during Alexa Bitch vs. Nia Botch & wins the title.

Even if she loses it to Nia the next night on RAW...
she needs to be successful with the cash in.

Not just for herself...but for the entire division.

I feel sorry for Carmella as she has basically been
thrown Eva Marie's table scraps since Summerslam
2016.

Just think about that for a few minutes...and it all falls
into place.

If they know what they're doing it'll be Asuka.

I don't trust them to know what they're doing.

I'm also worried...but I'm going to focus on the positives
UNTIL there is a booking fuck up.

I'm the biggest Charlotte fanboy around & even I would
be pissed off if they had her break the streak.

They may have Carmella cash in like Seth Rollins & turn
it into a triple threat match...only for her to take the fall so
they can extend Charlotte vs. Asuka till Backlash.

Ugh...

Just let Asuka defeat Charlotte clean 1 on 1 & then have
a rematch at Backlash. Simple, clean & hopefully provides
us with 2 classic matches.
