The move is a pretty bad look for WWE, they promote that they are aware of concussions and do all they can to prevent them and then one of their top guys has a move which is to soccer kick a guy in the head to give them a concussion. This will probably become one of the moves that is used once a year at a big occasion. Prefer Orton using the RKO anyway, much better finisher.

Highly doubt the move is actually banned. Seems more like an in character answer where he's trying to make the move sound devastating as someone already said.

Not really as like I said he used it against Nexus when he feuded with Punk and not to mention took Jericho out with it and was face both times.
