A Brazilian man, identified as 35-year old Fernando Montiel, is arrested by the Argentine Federal Police shortly after attempting to shoot the Argentinian Vice-President Cristina Kirchner. Montiel pointed a pistol at Kirchner's head and apparently pulled the trigger, but the weapon did not fire.

Perpetrator is a Brazilian Neo-Nazi who was known to the Argentinian police due to a previous arrest. This will probably screw Argentina/Brazil relations given that Bolsonaro has outright supported using violence to achieve political aims

Man, at this point, if a Civil War does break out, I do think Chechnya breaks away from Russia completely and that would help create the impetus for Georgia to reconquer their assimilated lands, which in general, is good for everyone.

Violence is terrible, but Chechnya and Georgia have perhaps the most righteous causes of anyone outside of Ukraine to start a war with Russia.
