Gordon Brown was the closet we've had to a centre left p.m and before that was The finest p.m in U.K history Clem Atlee. Man was a revolutionary and the most radical p.m we've had since 1945

As far as it being in the constitution, there is a whole set of protocols for high treason, treason, sedition, or giving aid and comfort to the enemy, with the limit being a minimum of 20 year in prison.
