As a conservative, I believe in very few conspiracy theories.

This one makes no difference. I don’t think they actually want Biden to be dead because it doesn’t change the election at all. I think they’re mainly hoping Biden is being kept in hiding and isn’t aware he dropped out. I feel they want to force him to run because they understand he’s Trump’s best path to victory.

That or they just want to catch the Democrats in a scandal so trump skates into victory no matter who the nominee is. One or the other.

I would say it's more this. You don't get a lot of strategic theories like this lol most people just want to say "I told you so" and feel smarter than the average person bc they "saw the truth" first

To be fair, if the Democrats did rig this and Joe didn’t actually drop out, it probably would be devastating to Democrats in the election. Not just giving trump an easy win, but probably pick up majority in both houses.

Yes but the theory falls apart when for this to work they would need to actually kill Joe so he wouldn't just say "I didn't drop out"

Not necessarily. A lot of the “reports” are he’s currently dying and not cognitive of what’s happening so his staff are behind it:

I do agree the theory is stupid, but I’m not saying it’s impossible, in theory.

I don’t think he died, but it wouldn’t be the first time an incapacitated President was hidden away. It’s happened I think two or three times before.

I still give this almost no chance of happening, but I can see where that angle might be leading from their POV. I give it less than no chance he’s dead, though.

For the record, replacing an incapacitated President is a bit trickier as you have to convene congress and invoke the 25th. Which is why it’s probably rarely done.
