Holy shit, what an embarrassment.

“Biden has a cold”…..so they really think everyone is that stupid. This struggling elderly man is the same guy that’s been around for the entire term so far, this isn’t a cold, this is the result of an 85 year old man. He’s in no frame of mind or body to run a country, he should be in a nursing home or just at a regular residence being cared for by family. I don’t insult elderly people for being elderly, this is just a position that requires someone of sound mind. Biden was in space at times, it was actually very sad to watch.

Trump was super repetitive, nothing new to see here. It was a little frustrating listening to him say the same things multiple times instead of just answering the question at hand. He is too focused on wanting to prove Biden wrong and telling everyone he’s the “worst president in history” instead of responding to the concerns of people.

Them jabs about golf lmfao really? Oh man…..

That shit was just two doddering old fucks arguing at a hospice after their meds kicked in.

If there is an age limit to how old you have to be to run for president, there should be a cut off date for seniors too.

Both those senile fucks need to close their robes and get their asses to the cafeteria and eat their jellos while they both collectively stfu.

The fact this came up in a presidential debate…. They spent more time flinging shit but I will hand it to Biden, he did answer questions when asked while Trump would keep revisiting accusations and “this guy is the worst president in history”.

Damn dude, when you put it that way it makes me realize this was no different than any other night in Atlanta (mainly Buckhead area where all the rich old folks live, lol).

Them arguing over golf was hilarious.

Guess she was retired from being a porn star, so I guess that could technically be a truth, lol.

Then again, Porn is just like wrestling, you never truly retire. Guess some are just addicted to wreatling with "Big, Sweaty, Men"

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Friday rejected a constitutional challenge to ordinances enacted by a small city in Oregon that punish homeless people for sleeping on public property when they have nowhere else to go.

The justices on a 6-3 vote on ideological lines with conservatives in the majority ruled in favor of the city of Grants Pass, saying the measures do not run afoul of the Constitution's Eighth Amendment, which bars cruel and unusual punishment.

The ruling overturns a 2022 decision by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in favor of a group of homeless people.

The Supreme Court on Friday reduced the authority of executive agencies, sweeping aside a longstanding legal precedent that required courts to defer to the expertise of federal administrators in carrying out laws passed by Congress.

The precedent, Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council, is one of the most cited in American law. There have been 70 Supreme Court decisions relying on Chevron, along with 17,000 in the lower courts.

The decision threatens regulations in countless areas, including the environment, health care and consumer safety.

I'm glad I watched the full debate last night because most of the reports I'm seeing are highly biased for one side or the other. Saying either one dominated the other would just be false.

One was alert and spewing lies while the other was stumbling but at least somewhat accurate. I feel like if you have no idea about this stuff and don't listen to fact checkers then you would think Trump "dominated" but to me I think the winner was Biden in a piss poor performance.

Who had the better golf argument at the end? That's who should have won the debate. That was hilarious.

I actually saw a fact check on that saying that Biden does indeed have like a 6.7 handicap or something.

It was based on wherever the presidents go to golf but it's all self entry so who knows how accurate it really is. Trumps was like a 2.6 :lol

The Supreme Court has finished issuing opinions for Friday. In its final decision announced today, the high court said federal prosecutors improperly charged hundreds of Jan. 6 defendants with obstruction, upending many cases against rioters who disrupted the certification of the 2020 presidential election.

What a trio of terrible fuckin' decisions lmfao. Being homeless means you deserve to be punished, businesses can now fuck the consumer and environment even more, and now a bunch of traitors will get off scott free.
