He wasn't found guilty, he was found liable in a civil trial. That's different from a criminal trial. And in a criminal trial, if he's found guilty, he still will have to serve time even if he wants to fight it.

He's charged with obstruction of justice and withholding confidential documents, they're absolutely throwing the book at him if he's found guilty.

This... no one should celebrate, until he's behind bars, as well as until it's clear that he will not only got a wrist slap of a sentence, but also that he's going to serve an appropriate time for the crimes he committed.

I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think that by the time all of this is done, that there are still enough people left who care enough to hold people responsible, should he pretty much get away with it. Be it without him getting sentenced, or him receiving a ridiculous short sentence or whatever.
