I had to make sure they were technically paid "minimum wage" monthly by law which is only 7.25 an hour but they never clocked in or out so if it was looking low he would switch them to contract instead and then you don't have to pay full time, never happened while I was there tho bc you really only gotta get like 2 decent deals to cover the $7.25 an hour
