Like I have had debates with folks on this many times, and not once, not ONCE have I ever seen someone use that argument. I’m just… I’m blown away.

People don't have a constitutional right to marry what they are attracted to. If that were the case people would be getting legally married to balloons, cars, roller coasters, who knows what.

I stated exactly how they are not born that way and it isn't a choice. It isn't a choice for what you are attracted to but you aren't born that way either. People aren't born with a foot fetish. People aren't born with a boob fetish. People aren't born with a latex fetish. It is something they were exposed to at some point in their developmental years that developed that fetish. It is no different.

You seemed to miss the post where in already told you that the civil rights act and 14th amendment only applies to people as does the institution of marriage. Peoples attraction to inanimate objects and pets is irrelevant.

I also think you keep getting caught up on what marriage is when that is also irrelevant. The only thing that is relevant is you can’t legally or constitutionaly discriminate against any group of people and gay people are federally recognized as a protected class.

Yeah, like I disagree with folks who wanna use religion. But I at least respect them for saying that and not hiding behind some wack arguments. Like, at least be honest.

I was more speaking to him when he was comparing it to fetishes. He thinks like feet fetishes, ass and Asian fetishes or also born out of something that happens in the developmental stage and I’m just not sure what he’s basing that on.
