Minnesota has them heavily restricted but can't really do anything about any of the large shooters bought in Iowa, where they're completely legal.

Fireworks are legal in Georgia. I’m sure the midnight thing on July 1st ain’t legal to do however. Can’t remember the normal cut off time.
