The War Powers Act requires the president to consult with Congress before carrying out any military strikes overseas.
He didn't.
The president is in violation of the War Powers Act and Congress has an obligation to reassert its authority. I get it him doing it was for a purpose, but the dude continues to say fuck with the rules and isn't it interesting he does this when he has his Impeachment going on. Almost like he did it to try and try to ease the problems with that so he can get praise for what he did?
Jesus Christ dude, did you just copy a post from someone's Facebook who thinks that they are actually smart? Have you even read the Act? Can you tell me what Article 2: Section II states? Completely destroys your entire argument. When you answer that one, we will continue with the next step.
By the way, the Impeachment thing has help Trump a lot more than it has hurt. So keep dreaming, he will be out of office in five years so, yeah. At least you got a few likes for your post.
He probably thinks war will get him reelected
No, the dumbasses who are running against him will get him elected. The majority of their campaigns are based on virtue signalling and SJW Nonsense. That is how Trump got elected in the first place.
When it’s the law.. yeah. Aren’t laws suppose to be followed? Or is that only certain laws?
What law was broken? Yes Laws are supposed to be followed but you know, most get swept under the rug. Even when they are brought to light. Why do you think Nancy Pelosi is not wanting to turn over documents on Impeachment over the the Senate? Better question, why did she never want to even go through with this? Peer Pressure is a hell of a thing.
