I don't think straight nukes, but I'm highly suspect that it's nuclear materials.

In the UK you can now abort your baby up until the point of birth and the state can kill you for various reasons now with the death bill that was just voted through (including Reform MPs voting for it so good luck thinking they are an alternative)
