Not sure if anyone asked this question yesterday, but is Lovie Smith the first coach to get fired because his team won a game?

Falcons DC Dean Pees is retiring. This is a slower black monday than I expected, I figured a couple more coaches would be fired by now.

I'm not too surprised more haven't been fired. The few that were fired during the season and then the two just today and yesterday. Honestly I can't think of any other teams that really would get rid of their coach. Only other two would be Belichik and McDaniels, but I think they're giving a reprieve for McDaniels since they set themselves up to trade Carr and Belichik, I don't think Kraft has it in him to fire him instead just having him retire with the Patriots.

Honestly I'm counting coordinators in there too so I figured Patriots would boot Judge & Patricia or at least one of them. Along with a couple other coordinators around the league. But I might be remembering wrong that black monday doesn't usually account for coordinators. Although I don't like the Colts haven't relieved Jeff Saturday of his duties yet.

The only other "firing" I think could be coming for a HC is McVay (but it wouldn't be worded that way) or Stephen Ross might be dumb and fire McDaniel but obviously that wouldn't be today.

I don't think it usually is coordinators just for the mere fact that if an HC gets first today most of the time the rest of the staff goes that way as well.

Henry finished 2nd in rush yards, behind Josh Jacobs. 'Dem Bama guys got something good this season.
