After so many times of repeating the same season don't you think that maybe it's time to move on? I mean he's over 30 and your paying him a shit ton of money and you just said a rebuild next year why not trade him or cut losses? Kirk shouldn't necessary get all the blame. Yes he did a throw a pick, but the miscues of Dalvin fumbling the ball, a blocked punt by the Colts, the piss-poor fake punt by the Vikings, the inconsistencies on both sides of the ball is why they're getting pummeled.
