So I actually did the math, supposing Lacy had an hour to kill, let's assumed he's up to 260 lbs because he's gained a little weight since retirement.

If he drank 12 drinks in an hour, his BAC would have been .157; by my calculations, he had to have binged a whopping TWENTY FIVE DRINKS in an hour to get to .327.

that’s fucking crazy. I mean I guess it’s possible he was drinking something heavy also with a higher alcohol content, which would lower the number of drinks. But still that’s just a lot of fucking alcohol.

The fines aren't being waved (they can't) but they're re-working the deal so that he can recoup that money.

He also fired his agent and got a new one (Drew Rosenhaus). Not surprised he got a deal done. Also while the Jets did allow him to seek out a trade this week he probably found that he wasn't gonna get paid by anyone while sitting on his ass.
