I agree. Stafford's been in the league for awhile and he's 35. It's best for him to call it quits and enjoy life with family, friends, etc,.

Honestly for me it's the full circle thing. He brought the Lions as far as he could, then the trade is what helped bring the Lions the rest of the way back. So losing to the Lions is just a perfect end. Dude can still play the position so if he wants to keep going I get it.
