Judging was bullshit like usual, Gordon got robbed like usual. But man...dude got all 50s besides his last dunk and lost bc they got such a dumbass system :lmao

I mean but to be fair, it's not like the dunk contest means anything so I do feel like it's not worth getting too upset over. Still wish they'd make changes though.

Back in the day it was worth fighting over because money was on the line for the winners. I bet if they up that money you'll see more talent wanting to be apart of and wanting to give their best efforts.

They just suspended the rest of the season because a Jazz player tested positive for covid19.

This fucking world is pathetic, the numbers are higher than they really are, like, what the fuck is going on in Italy that like 200 people died in the last 24 hours? Hard to even believe this. If you’re old or have underlying health problems, you need to worry. Otherwise, it should pass by like the flu. We have all had the flu at some point in our lives and lived. This is just getting embarrassing now.

So Karl Malone recently said to pray for Coach Jerry Sloan.

In April 2016, Sloan was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and Lewy body dementia.

In looking up Jerry Sloan I had no clue about his player career. I saw he was 6'5'' and was like wow I wonder if he played any basketball

2× NBA All-Star (1967, 1969)
4× NBA All-Defensive First Team (1969, 1972, 1974–1975)
2× NBA All-Defensive Second Team (1970–1971)
No. 4 retired by Chicago Bulls

Oh I guess he did play some, wow! Also was drafted 4th overall in the 1965 NBA draft.

Longtime San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich would later mention him as a mentor for his overall coaching success in the NBA.

I'm not saying Jordan isn't the GOAT, but I feel like people tend to overrate him because of the nostalgia and reverence for the name.

Am I crazy? Maybe.

All GOATs are overrated by some people. You can literally think MJ is the best player ever but think some people go overboard describing how good he is tbh

I agree but depending on how much higher you rank him over your number 2 player, I might think you still overrate him :draper2 probably not tho bc Jordan was on another level

Jerry Sloan, former Chicago Bulls player and head coach of the Utah Jazz that made it to back-to-back NBA finals in 97 and 98, passed away yesterday at age 78.

RIP
