Today years old when I found out that a yellow on the last lap doesn't end the race in ARCA.

I didn't know that.

Because somebody decided we should pile up ARCA drivers with one lap to go and make them do a 1-lap shootout. What could go wrong?!

Tyler Reif got hit hard and the caution's out again.

Oh! And they do this until there's a clean finish. Holy shit.

This could take until Midnight eastern to get a clean finish in an ARCA race. Eventually we'll run out of cars lol

At least the race's now more interesting because prior to the cautions, it was rather boring.

The No. 71 Spire Motorsports Chevrolet for driver Michael McDowell failed pre-qualifying inspection twice during Friday’s opening inspections at Phoenix Raceway, NASCAR officials announced.

As a result, car chief Griffin Ridder has been ejected for the remainder of the event weekend at the Avondale, Arizona track. The No. 71 team will also lose pit selection for this Sunday’s Shriners Children’s 500 (3:30 p.m. ET, FS1, MRN Radio, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).

The Arizona native McDowell is aiming for his third top 10 at his home track after securing two in his last three starts there. McDowell, in his first season with Spire Motorsports, currently sits eighth in points.

Was just now coming here to say that the Xfinity Series race is starting soon-ish. Nearly 5 eastern.

Alex Bowman is on the pole. Kind of unusual for him to be in an xfinity series race. At least I thought but then I look back at his stats and apparently he is in 1 xfinity series race every year. So I guess that this is the race for this year.
