I like the DC universe when it comes to TV shows. Arrow and the like. But Marvel movies are generally better (Aquaman was better than it had any right to be, not-Roman is a good actor)
DC's Animated Movies are really good.

Thankfully cooler heads have prevailed...

2 more MCU appearances for Tom Holland as Spider-Man.

Thank the Lord Raptor Jesus...

Still...Fuck Off SONY...

I'm still not watching any of your films.

What did you think of the original Spider-Man trilogy? Or Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse?

Also doesn't that mean you can't watch Ghostbusters?

What did you think of the original Spider-Man trilogy?
Overrated & Campy as Hell...

They had some good moments but I'll never understand
why people like them so much...especially considering
how much better the MCU Spider-Man is.

Seriously...the MCU/Tom Holland Spider-Man is the
only version of the character I've ever liked...

Well...I did read Superior Spider-Man...but that was an
entirely different situation.

Or Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse?
Didn't watch it...and I don't intend to.

And don't tell me I should...

I'm happy to remain ignorant.

I find Spider-Man (much like Batman) a very boring &
overrated character who is mostly "carried" by their
interesting "Rogue's Gallery"

(Oh...and for the record...The Joker is an overrated
wank stain who I also can't stand)

Although my taste in Superheroes is kind of weird...

I love Amazons like She-Hulk, Power Girl & Supergirl...or
weird creature characters like Swamp Thing, Man-Thing
& Etrigan the Demon.

I find the more "mainstream/popular" Superheroes kind
of boring...apart from the MCU films...those are (mostly)
really entertaining.

Also doesn't that mean you can't watch Ghostbusters?
I honestly don't care.

The original Ghostbusters is the only one that matters
& it never should have been turned into a franchise to
begin with. Hell...even the original sequel was terrible
for the most part.

The original Ghostbusters was "Lightning in a Bottle"
& no one will ever be able to replicate it.

I guess we just have really different tastes then. I don't care for the majority of the Marvel movies - in part because I don't really care for superhero movies, but also because I feel like while the visuals and acting are good, for a lot of the movies the writing isn't good and it feels like they don't know what they want to me (if you try to insert so many jokes in your movie and your not a comedy movie, something is seriously wrong with your writing room IMO)

I liked the Spider-Man trilogy, but that may just be the nostalgia talking. Nostalgia isn't affecting my view of Toby McGuire's performance as Spider-Man though - I think he was the best part of the movies.

I haven't seen Into the Spider-Verse but it seems like something I would enjoy

Honestly...I can understand that "perspective" but frankly
I think they've known exactly what they were doing from
day 1 with the MCU...& I enjoy the humor in most of the
films.

I don't enjoy much "mainstream" entertainment...but I
do enjoy the MCU.

Well...there you go. Most of the time nostalgia isn't
an issue for me.

Granted it is for films like Ghostbuster (1984) Gremlins,
Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, JAWS & Alien...but that's a
very small group.
