I was against The Shield being a part of a larger stable last year with Punk and Heyman but at this point, why not. If they're gonna make the McMahon family the center of the show and have them handpick someone (Randy Orton) as their own personal Corporate champion, then you might as well go all the way. The Shield could fit in with the group well, serving the bodyguard sort of role that the Big Boss Man did (or the Acolytes, if we're talking the Corporate Ministry as well.) This is assuming they weren't just a hired hand for one night only, or even periodically like they were with Heyman (in the case of the latter, you might as well make them part of the group since they're gonna be doing physical work that's gonna benefit you so often anyway.)

What you say is most likely the case and I for one love every minute of it. It's a great way to use The Shield who haven't really been booked properly in recent events, plus, heel Triple H is just freaking amazing.

Have there been any hints that The Shield might hook up with the McMahons yet? I'm still playing catch up. I personally don't think they would go that way. Not that it wouldn't be awesome though.

So is it basically confirmed that the "factions" angle will be returning to WWE? So far we have 3MB (lol), The Wyatts (w/ Kane?), The Shield, and whatever this group will call themselves (New Corporation or Evolution 2.0) so its looking that way. I loved that era. I want to see the Rock come back with The Nation of Domination lol.

Don't forget Brad Maddox.

Both Dolph Ziggler and Big Show got pwned by the McMahons for speaking out. Maybe some makeshift stable of Bryan, Ziggler, and Big Show will form?

Honestly I hate whenever Triple H gets a hold of a microphone. He never really makes sense. Honestly for me and a lot of people I knew, storylines in the Attitude Era went downhill when HHH and Stephanie took over. But I digress. I just hope Orton becomes a more fleshed out heel champ like he used to be, rather than a "corporate" heel champ who basically just sold out and lets the McMahons do the talking for him.
