Agree to disagree. I don't know if CM Punk is a great heel. Certaintly good but his face run was much better.

Which part of his face run? I enjoyed it in the beginning but personally I found the latter part of his face run quite stale tbh.

I liked it right before he turned face and obviously the whole part where he held up the wwe. My favorite moment was MITB 2011

Oh, sure. I think we all can agree on that.

CM Punk's face run in 2012 was pretty stale.
He had very little pipebombs towards Laurinaitis and Jericho and that segment where they were checking if he was drunk was pretty stupid as well, considering he still got the alphabet wrong.
When he turned heel and had his promo on Jerry, that moment was great because the promo work he did there just blew me away since his feud with Kevin Nash.

I think Rock vs Cena at Wrestlemania 28 was one of the biggest disappointments of the year. The match was so hyped, up until like 3 months from the actual PPV. I think having the match announced killed the buzz especially since Rock couldn't be there to promote it himself. Then the match was decent, but because the crowd had worn itself out on Taker vs HHH it wasn't as loud as it should have been. You would think that match would have the Hogan vs Rock feel, but it was far from it. IMO it was overblown and still is.

That's because Cena is no Hogan brother :hogan:

Also Toronto rocks, and remade Hogan! :smug:

They had many breather spots where they took a lot of time. The crowd pretty much made the match what it was supposed to be or else it would have been pretty shit.

I can't say if it was because of The Rock's in-ring rust or that both of them have a limited move-set.

For me the match would probably get 4-6/10 because it was an overall boring match with two of the biggest icons in Professional Wrestling.

But Rock certainly is on that level now

Cena isn't as popular as the Rock was though. There were no Rocky sucks chants before that WM X8 match.

The Rock has a big move set compared to Cena, but I guess he can't pull those moves off any more and I think the Rock was just winded a lot because I know Cena can go for a good amount of time.

I winced when I saw Cena do that leg drop on Rock, terrible.

John Cena defeating Brock Lesnar isn't a big issue as they didn't want their top company's star to lose to someone who's only here for a year (with a limited schedule) and someone that doesn't even care about the business.
