Now I have seen this discussed on many other forums. A HUGE argument errupts when people argue who is better between Morrison and Miz. I am not going to say anything except ask who is better, the Miz or John Morrison?

I want to put rusty fish hooks in all of Miz's finger nails, tie them all to a string, tie the string to my car, and YANK THEM OFFFFFFFF. Thats how much I hate the Miz

John Morrison has obviously superior ring skills and is quickly gaining on Miz with mic skills. So yeah, JoMo.

Before the breakup: John Morrison
After the breakup: The Miz

I still like John Morrison better, because a wrestler based off of Jim Morrison is just too fucking awesome.

I'm going with Miz for one reason, WWE doesn't know how to book John Morrison correctly right now. They expect him to get over as a babyface if he's still acting like a heel? How does that work? Morrison still comes out with the slow motion thing, and he still acts like a cocky arrogant prick. Not to mention, while he is good in the ring his mic skills aren't that great. Miz however, is a REAL heel (while Morrison isn't a real babyface) and sure, he lacks Morrison's ring skills but he makes up for it with his awesome mic work and great overall charisma. Miz > Morrison

Sure people can say Miz has good mic skills, but it's pretty hard to judge when all he does is make fun of John Cena. It's not hard to crack jokes about the guy. Looking past his promos on Cena, you can't really say Miz has great mic skills at all. Sure on the Dirt Sheet he might seem like something, not like I watch it, but that's not LIVE like it is on Raw. If Miz can hold his own while dropping this whole "Anti-Cena" gimmick, I would give him credit. Oh, besides getting all up on Cena's junk, all he says is that he is awesome. Didn't Edge and Christian ride that line back in 2000 and 2001? That's real original.

Miz is a decent wrestler at best. The only real moves he has is the Reality Check and that stupid little running clothesline to the corner where he goes through the ropes landing on the apron. Beyond that, I really can't say he brings anything good to the ring. He is being booked with some of the best in the business, Cena and Big Show, but the guy just can't break out and have a good match. The Miz cannot successfully become a big time player by only making fun of John Cena and having decent wrestling skills.

Not to mention the guy's appearance is totally annoying. His ring gear is ugly, doesn't make any sense at all, what does "BE MIZ" mean anyway on his shorts? His hats are the worst thing I have ever seen in my life. If he only wore the bandana, I wouldn't say anything because you can't make a bandana look bad. He has one bad haircut and he isn't ripped at all. He is just a big stocky dude. I look at Miz as a less funny, WWE marketed version of George Costanza from Seinfeld. I am not saying the Miz is fat, but he just reminds me of the WWE version George. I tolerated the man because he was with Morrison and they weren't that bad together.

John Morrison is by far the better of the two. He was an established singles star for quite sometime as both John Morrison and Johnny Nitro. The guy has racked up several singles belts to back up his reputation. John Morrison has had much experience in big matches. He has been in ECW title matches as well as Money in the Bank Ladder matches. He had many great matches, for instance at Vengeance of 2006 I believe it was Carlito vs. Shelton vs. Nitro, that match was awesome, and that was before he got repackaged. The guy has better athleticism than more than half the roster right now. He has many signature moves. The Starship Pain I think was a great addition to his Finishers. He used that in previous matches without it being a finisher and I was always impressed.

Morrison's appearance is by far one of the coolest things WWE has. He just screams superstar. You can tell that alot of time got put into Morrison's look. From the 45 lb coat to the hair blowing in the wind. I must admit that the bedazzled abs were a bit much, but you can tell by him not having them that they didn't go over too well.

Some people argue about his mic skills. He held his own against Edge last Friday night, right before their incredible match. Now, if you can hold your own against one of the top 3 guys on the mic, I think that's saying something. He is supposed to be a little weird. He isn't supposed to make sense with all of his comments, he has a Jim Morrison/The Doors-esque persona around him. If you look at the lyrics to those songs, you will understand that some of his lines are a little out there, previous promos more so than last Friday Night's.

John Morrison Positives:
-Singles Star Experience
-Standout Appearance
-Incredible Athleticism

The Miz Positives:
-...he can make fun of John Cena well?

WINNER: John Morrison.

JoMo.

I could try and come up with a long explanation on why Morrison is better than Miz but it would just sound lame.

I voted for Morrison cause he has the better In-ring ability.

but to promo's it would be the Miz.

I still don't see Miz's talent on the mic. He makes fun of John Cena...that gives him good mic skills? I could stand in the middle of the ring and make fun of John Cena too, would that give me good mic skills? He can't really carry a good promo only if he's solo in the ring. Has he even went face to face with Cena in a promo? If he did, then you'd see his "mic skills" because Cena would make him look, what he truly is, pathetic.

i wish there was a tie option here

Miz is far better on the mic then Morrison

but Morrison is WAY better in the ring as seen in his match with Edge which was great imo

this is what made them great as a team they covered up each others less strong points

If Miz wasn't bagging out your (I assume) favorite then there's absolutely no way you would be saying this. Miz's talent on the mic is that he can bag out Cena, make it funny for the smarks and make the fans boo the shit out of him. What the fuck do you want him to do on the mic? We've seen on the Dirt Sheet as well that he can talk about other topics and he's been hilarious in the skits, and it being a web show is irrelevant. If Miz ever did battle Cena on the mic he would shut up the fanboys by proving that he already has better mic skills than John.

He tends to get a little anoying sometimes, but his mic skills are awesome. Like X-Power said, Miz already showed his mic skills on Dirt Sheet (Oh yes, it has been live btw), but for some reason it doesn't count. Now, he does it week after week after week bashing John Cena. Oh, he also does a great job in his little segments with Maryse and Big Show and in the segment at JD completely owning Alfonso Soriano.

As for in ring skills, while Miz won't get the tag of future Shawn Michaels like John Morrison, it isn't as if he's mediocre in the ring or anything. His mat wrestle has gotten real better and even back then when he was considered a "bad wrestler", his match against CM Punk at Cyber Sunday was awesome.

^^ Very true.

Wrestling
Morrison > Miz

Mic Skills
Miz > Morrison

Morrison doesn't really have a feud atm but h's showing us what he can do in the ring. Miz is feuding with a main event star thus it gets more attention. So Miz gets more overall exposure. So Miz gets the edge, for now.
