Seriously though, Miz handled it beautifully. The guy is such an absolute pro, probably right on par with Cena for dedication and commitment to the company and the business. He handled himself great and didn't get shook at this kids awful attempt at heckling. He looked like that American Idol reject from a few seasons back.
