Yeah, sadly most people don't even consider them. They focus on the two predominant parties and don't say or report much about the other candidates.

Anyway, the sample ballot I saw included three Independent candidates. They are:
- Virgil Goode Jr. / James Clymer
- Gary Johnson / Jim Gray
- Jill Stein / Cheri Honkala

I doubt there's enough knowledge about those candidates and the issues, but thought I'd throw them out there anyway.
