Well...
We've been treated to some undeniably hilarious moments via the Hurriane over the years... however, the fact that we've seen him make a come back really isn't a good thing for Helms. All this really says to me is that they've already run out of ideas for a pretty freshly returning Helms. He had one hell of a year a while back as Cruiserweight Champion. It really wouldn't have been that much a stretch to have him turn heel and challenge Christian for the ECW strap. He's pretty talented in the ring and decent on the mic. His return to the Hurricane gimmick really isn't saying much for the long term prospect of his career sadly.

For now, I like the Hurricane. Gregory Helms as a heel doesn't really scream "exciting" to me at all. He would be consistent as a heel midcarder, but nothing more. The Hurricane could be the fans' flavor of the month, and he should be able to run with it for maybe the rest of the year until people get tired of The Hurricane. Then he could go back to angry Helms.

Yeah use the Hurricane for more comedic moments. Especially now without the Cruiserweight title, there's no title really made for him. There's a long line of contenders for US & Intercontinental titles. THe best they can do for him now is to wrestle on ECW and just give us some skits and stuff like thtat.

^^^Agreed. At least as The Hurricane (and, no NOT "Hurricane Helmes"!) he has a 'vehicle' to entertain us.
The new hurricane seems different to the old one
i think their gonna try some 'Dark Knightish' super hero
he does look more serious than he used too
his old 'stand back theres a hurricane coming through' music doesnt seem to fit anymore - not to me anyway
i hope theres a reason they keep calling him hurricane helms for this reporter/superhero storyline instead of them just fucking up a ridiculous amount of times, they cant be that stupid really
