Commissioner reviews the rules, ViperRKO did not have clearance to forfeit the title. Therefore Mitch's title change stands.

Mitch slaps ViperRKO's grandma with the belt as her grandson is dead. The FBI get involved but not because of Mitch slapping ViperRKO's grandma but because he tried to illegally fix a post. After realizing he's dead and seeing Mitch slap his grandma they arrest his grandma because they need to bring SOMETHING back to the office to look good.
