He was in the second Elimination Chamber which was pretty good but he doesn't deserve much credit for it. His WCW run alone makes him worthy enough for the WWE HOF not a real HOF, though.

Doesn't matter how long it was, it matters what he crammed into that short period.

The Rock was only a top guy for 4 years, doesnt make him any less of a legend than someone like Bruno Sammartino who bored the life out of crowds for 10x longer.

Same with Warrior.

Rock isn't in the HOF.

also career span was still over 8 years, still better than Goldbergs. Goldbergs time at the top was 2 years maximum.

Time at the top is irrelevant regarding a career.
