The recent episode of Shotgun was fine, although I must admit, Flash Funk just being used for time killing dance spots makes me sad. Another comment the recent Shotgun made me think of is the stuff you're doing with The Sultan. Sultan being more dangerous under the tutelage of the unpredictable Iron Sheik is great. Really enjoying that development.

In terms of the BTB as a whole, whilst I've enjoyed what you've produced so far, up until Mania it did feel very much like finishing off a lot of angles from real life which was still okay to read but probably not overly exciting. Right now is probably the most excited I have been for this BTB. Everything on this IYH card feels fresh. The main event with The Hart Foundation taking on the three biggest names possible, who can't get along themselves, is fantastic. Mero/Perfect, Awesome/Goldust, Rock/D'Lo, everything just feels really fresh, original and in a really good position right now. Can't wait for the pay per view, you're doing a great job.

Excellent PPV.

I adore how you’re booking Mike Awesome, and I hope and pray that you put the IC title on him soon.

Shamrock vs Tyson? YES PLEASE!

Similar to what Haskell mentioned, I love the booking of Mike Awesome in here. His finest moment so far with the Awesome Bomb delivered to Melina. A big holy shit moment for relatively early '97. Plenty of legs left in this program with Goldust even based on the result alone, but the aftermath was awesome. Great job.

I'm not a fan of the Rocky Maivia/Johnson stuff here, especially if it leads to more Rocky Johnson. Always felt as if they tried to use Rocky Johnson to give Maivia a rub, but the issue is papa Rocky just was not over enough with the modern crowd for people to care. Kind of feels the same here in BTB land. This is meant to be a moment but just falls flat because nobody cares about the older man.

That Shamrock/Tyson angle is obviously huge so looking forward to seeing what happens on Raw.

I get the feeling you'll be transitioning Mero to his heel persona which was so much better than 'Wildman'. The way you're starting this off with the issues between Sunny and Sable is great so far.

The attack angle being on Sid was very predictable after your news post mentioned the Sid injury. Maybe you can think about the sequencing when posting things like that to not kill any mystery involved in the angle. As I mentioned previously, I'm hoping Sid isn't injured. I've no issues with the faces winning the main event and Bret/'Taker seems likely after how this ended.

Overall, I thought this was a pretty good PPV.

Excellent show as always buddy.

The segments with Stone Cold & The Harts were electrifying, and I imagine this’ll lead to Austin vs either Bulldog or Owen soon.

The way you’re handling Ken Shamrock right now is bloody outstanding. In terms of booking, They really mistreated him IRL, so I’m over the moon that you’re treating him with respect. I hope Shamrock calling out Tyson isn’t a red herring, because if you pull the trigger on it, it’ll be one of the greatest things to ever happen in BTB History. If i were booking, Shamrock vs Tyson would take place at Summerslam.

As for the rest of the show:

Loved the nation beating the crap out of Dwayne in front of Rocky Johnson, that was sensational.

Goldust’s interview was terrific, and I can’t wait for the rematch between Awesome and the Bizarre One.

Undertaker getting a taste of vengeance on Bulldog & Owen by costing them the tag team gold was unexpected and surprising, but nevertheless interesting.

Keep up the good work.
