The crowd gathers in Wrestling Punks Square as the executioner sharpens her axe. Orobin Thor is led to the chopping block and kneels down to await his fate.

The axe swings down and some justice his finally dealt in this town. Unfortunately, the other killer is still on the loose, and quickly enacts their own form of retribution by sending a mail bomb to Champagne Charlie. One killer, is down, but at a price.

In theory this would make sense, but I figured out how they operate. One of them was quiet as a mouse while the other was rather loud each time. I'd be shocked if this person wasn't the killer.
