The expansions for Skyrim were great, and the option to buy houses was welcomed. I don't wanna build a settlement

yeah I'd rather have higher quality DLC, but all of the DLC for the other games were good

Far Harbor is the only proper DLC so far and it's slightly above average honestly.

Point Lookout in FO3 is one of my favorite DLCs from any game
