Yeah, I'm currently saving up so I can get training and shit, when it happens I'm gonna go for something similar to my IWT gimmick, gotta stick with what you know man
I burned a lot of fat yesterday. 72 sit ups with a medicine ball. Burned 60 calories on a stepper. 60 bicep curls. 40 triceps dips. Burned quite a few calories on treadmill, cross trainer, and bike as well.
