3 people left because they couldn't pump out good promos in 24 hours, so I figured to make it a mandatory start time (something we needed a long time ago) and allow people to finish as they please.

You mention that Oval evolved. You haven't in 3 years. Your gimmick is the Franchise. There's nothing to combat that, and not saying it's hard, but trying to bring up new, original points isn't too easy.
