This isn't a huge thing (personal preference), but you don't really have a smooth intro. Intead, you kinda just cut to the chase, straight into action.

Also, this is your first sentence. One sentence: Annoyance is what I've felt ever since I came into this company. Annoyance with these ''stars'', guys like Bishop and Spawn, who've at every chance they had, made a mockery out of IWT and made a mockery out of the championships they fought for because it's a joke that they got the chances that I never got despite me putting in twice the effort, having twice as much love and dedication for this and most of all, being twice as good.
