The way it's been built on TV and on the WWE Network screams that their match will close the show. Not to mention, you can't end with Dean/Dolph, and if Finn/Seth goes last it automatically makes SmackDown look inferior after weeks of saying it will be on equal ground. Plus, it's the only cross-brand match, so it kinda has to close it.
