I napped all day yesterday and ended up getting up around 8:30-9

Sucks having to go in really early though, it's so hard for me to get up early

I take forever to fall asleep so by the time I do, and actually fall into a deep sleep... My alarm goes off :downer:

Yeah, it takes me so long to fall asleep. I usually end up getting back up

I basically keep going until I get too exhausted to stay up. If I have to be somewhere early in the morning I just stay up all night anymore.

I don't even know how I used to fall asleep before 12am and be up at 7am

yeah I was tempted to just sleep in and stay up all night but then I'd really screw up my scedule

I used to either sleep 2 or 3 hours a night or not sleep at all. Now I'm sleeping 10-12 hours lol
