I'm doing good. In an effort to be rid of a cauldron of a belly, I have took up a morning routine. 10 press ups, 20 sit ups, 30 jackknifes, and 40 squats with the last 5 being deep (my arse touching the ground deep). I add five each day.
Well I got ill recently and that meant I couldn't exercise for a week. And my oversized gut got even bigger. I intend to change that. Also for wrestling I guess
