My dad's side of the family hates us because we're not fully devout Christians like they are.

Those schools do the opposite, they drive people away from religions and in turn God

Seems like Catholic school is pretty much a failure in what it's intended for.

I have a friend born from the Philippines, he's got a British dad and a Filipino mother, so his mothers side is quite into religion so to speak

I've never met anyone from a religious school that stayed religious after graduating.
