I admit I used to be ignorant and say stuff like that too. 'Till it affected me personally, I know exactly what it's like and would never say such a thing or ridicule anyone for being depressed.

Oh yeah, I've threatened to kill myself a couple of times when I was 8

True depression is one of those things you wouldn't even wish on anyone.

Yeah, I had a girlfriend who was severely depressed for a long time and it's the worst because, like, you can't really help them, you know?

Not even our worst enemy, okay maybe yourr enemy if you hate 'em enough lol. But still.

Yeah dude, you can't help.

And it makes it worse for them, because it makes them feel more like shit

And they fall deeper and deeper into the abyss.

their problems are thoughts and feelings of how she looks at her life and at herself. My ex hated herself.

Like, I could've told her a billion times that I loved her but to her, that was almost impossible and it didn't connect with her because she just couldn't believe someone loving her

and it sucked, because she had such a good life with all of it as well
