Painful. First hour was cardio work. I couldn't feel my arms. I enjoy it. I get to learn from one of the people who taught Regal. My fav wrestler

Kudos to you for sticking with it. I wrestled before. Short lived few years that did not end well, to say the least.

I'm hardly sticking with it. It'll be my second lesson on Sunday. Hopefully my friend will come along next Thursday

Once my shoulder heals I'm going back into training full force.
