They used to do call-in song requests too for a while, so you could have potentially heard any song on those days
We got the idea one day at work to call in and request Seasons in the Abyss by Slayer. They played it.
It was cool. There was another station that played pretty much just billboard top 40 stuff and they played that in the mall sometimes, which sucked
I legitimately get a headache when I'm like forced to listen to a lot crappy mainstream nonsense
