Can you really blame them. They're trying to grow and that starts with getting people to notice the old, established names.

The idea is the crowd will see these extremely talented performers and latch on to them, and not care as much for the old-timers.

But it came to the point where the new-comers started leaving because they were being destroyed by the old-timers, so it flushed away the talent diversity.

@Roadster I don't think the idea is to see those new guys and only care about them and not as much for the old-timers

You need established guys to make new guys feel like stars at first, until they're stars themselves imo

The ultimate goal is to have the fans latch onto the new guys. They will become the big stars, and the old-timers can slowly fizzle out.

But when it was time for the guys like AJ Styles and Roode to get the big rub, they brought in more washed-up talent.

They moved them down to the midcard and gave the main slot to guys like Hardy and Angle

even now, the guy's like 40 and he's always been great and had a lot of mileage when he came in
