Nah I'm in western MA, about 2 hours from Boston lol. Devin is originally from Northampton MA and I'm about 10-15 mins from there. I've never actually listened to the challenge mania podcast but I may check it out this year, I've heard good things. I usually listen to Rob Has A Podcast's coverage of The Challenge because I find their hosts funny.

And Milton, NH? I have a friend who lives there actually lol.

I'm not a Kaycee fan so I won't miss her, but I'll take her over freaking Nam who was brought in as a replacement. I will say I'm glad with her gone we won't see her, Fessy and Nany get an alliance going with their teams, because I didn't want her to make a final and I really don't want Fessy or Bananas in the final.

As for the episode itself, it was a fairly good premiere but I'm annoyed that Bananas and Nany, Jordan and Anessa and seemingly others get to come in late. It's such an unfair advantage. Even more so with the rookies who won this week who likely send one of those teams in to elimination which could change everything because I doubt anybody beats Devin and Tori at that game. I love seeing the rookies (plus Meesh, Jay and Amber) join up together, the vets aren't gonna look out for any of them so absolutely a smart decision. I hope they can convince Tori and Devin to join them but I see them crawling right to Bananas based off Devin's reaction to seeing him.

It sucks Kailah is already out, I really like her and her husband seems funny from the very little I've seen of him on their youtube channel. But I'd rather her go than Laurel who I thought was getting sent in, or Tori and Devin.

Yeah it looks like we are finally gonna see Bananas work with Devin and probably Nelson what a difference taking a few years off can do as far as Bananas goes. Good thing for Fessy that Turbo is here to be the bad guy now. That guy has gotten so dang agro. I hope these rookies aren’t as boring as they seem so far. Way to many rookies this year. This format should of been ride or dies that we know. Teams like Tori and Devon and Bananas and Nany people who’s history we’ve seen from day one.

Episode 2 was pretty good. I'm glad Turbo is taken care of already, I'd rather he go out in an elimination rather than because he couldn't control his anger and threw a punch. I think at this point it's time for MTV to stop calling Turbo though, he's a beast but he constantly throws temper tantrums and starts fights. Enough is enough with the guy until he can show he can chill.

I still don't like teams coming in late as a twist, but at least Jordan and Aneesa aren't a threat to win the game because Anessa is terrible at the comps. Also not sure I get the point of pulling Kaycee and her brother for covid then bringing them right back in. Hate that it helps Bananas and Nany too.

I will say I love the gameplay by Michele, there's a reason she won survivor and made the final 3 on winners at war, and it's her social and strategic game. Jay really needs to let her handle that and they really will go far because she's smart enough to get in with the vets. Plus she's very good at puzzles and that right there will get them past a lot of these teams.

I’m 100% with you about Turbo he a complete asshole now. Can’t take a joke to save his life. It’s really good they got him out before Jordan got there as that could’ve gotten ugly in a hurry. The way he talked to Nany was ridiculous I felt bad for his partner, rumor is she’s ninja Natalie’s brothers ex and her and Turbo trained like 8 hours a day for months. Maybe she gets another shot without him. I know Nam has the personality of a ham sandwich but you gotta feel bad for him between toxic partners and injuries the dude can’t catch a break. And his partner wasn’t even a friend they just through them together which is wack anyway. She’s been on social media trashing Nam & TJ for calling her out. You don’t quit on TJ chica. If she hasn’t of quit we may not of seen Kaycee and her brother back at all but also it was 11 days between when they got pulled out til they came back. Guess they had to hold off production a bit cuz of something. Bananany taking down the first challenge they saw set the tone for me. I’d like to see Nany actually win she’s been so damn close before. Nelson is such a sound clip machine even though it’s unintentional lol. Nurys is from a few town over from me so I’ll give her Maine love plus she’s fine as hell. I like Michele a lot but Jay doesn’t seem to want to take her lead. Horacio and Laurel are and odd couple but I like it. Laurels partner is gonna be her downfall it seems. Devin being happy to see Bananas is wild to me but with the turds in the house I’ll be team Devin for once. Yeah Aneesa is baggage she couldn’t win in her 20s and 100 lbs lighter she ain’t doing shit now. It sucks that Jordan and Darrell got paired with way past their prime competitors. Darrell was supposed to be paired with Janelle from Bananas real world season but she couldn’t make it. She can still go as she showed in All Stars 2. Veronica was a beast in the day but she’s not that girls anymore.
