Ryback is officially gone from WWE.

He posted this video to Instagram and wished the company the best in their future endeavors. Ryback says he and the company will no longer be doing business together but he wishes the other Superstars the best.
Ryback goes on to promote the website he's launching on Monday and teases other projects in the works, also mentioning that he will be wrestling a full schedule.

Ryback rocks. Way more hyped for his indy run than Cody's

Ryback >>>

He is entertaining as heck and I never understood why people hate on him. I am sure he will go places on his own without the WWE.

Imagine if CM Punk comes back to wrestle for indy shows and has a match against Ryback

Ryback has turned piss into wine each time. He clearly tries and strives to be the best. He's extremely entertaining and was mishandled from the start. Thank you Big Guy; Much respect.

He could've been a main event mainstay if they didn't mess up his initial ME run with constant losses. They built him up in the old way of beating jobbers for a while and it worked. The guy was super over before his program with Punk. Too bad it didn't work out hopefully he gets an opportunity elsewhere.

Hope he gets a good run in the indies. Surely this comes from the contract and payment issue he had with WWE?

So...

- As noted, Ryback recently booked his first post-WWE appearance for WrestlePro on October 14th in Cresskill, New York and on October 15th in Brooklyn. It was also announced that he will be appearing at WrestleCade and is being advertised as "The Big Guy, formerly known as Ryback." His Twitter name is also "The Big Guy," although the handle remains @Ryback22.

Poor Ryback was a victim of being pushed too hard too fast and he never really recovered. It's a shame, because he really improved in the ring and on the mic since his debut. He's also a genuinely nice guy, which can be hard to find in this industry.

Oh, well, good luck, Big Guy. I hope you find plenty to eat somewhere.

How much is Ryback asking for a booking?

Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

Ryback is currently charging $4,500 for indie appearances in the United States. Some indie promoters are receiving a lower price point if they book him for multiple dates but others are are being charged $5,000 if they don't have a good reputation.

Using the name The Big Guy, the former WWE Intercontinental Champion is planning on working a full-time wrestling schedule. He has been announced for WrestlePro events in New York for October and the WrestleCade event in Winston-Salem, NC in November. He was just announced for a Northeast Wrestling event on August 25th in Pomona, NY last night.

Ryback is also in talks with New Japan Pro Wrestling. Both sides are interested in a deal and it's now down to agreeing on a price, and a number of dates.

Ryback could've had a good place in WWe. They mishandled him.... He should've stuck with the heel gimmick. I loved his run then
