Mines are

Triple H vs Jeff Hardy for the IC Title: it prove that Jeff was able to hang with an elite like Triple H.

Test vs Scott Steiner for Stacy Keibler : ah man that story was so entertaining. Everyone did their part in it. Seeing Test and Scott fighting over her was classic

And

Edge vs Matt Hardy 2005: This was a personal rivalry at its best. They would go to the extreme to hurt each other. This could have been WM worthy

The feud between CM Punk & Daniel Bryan over the WWE Championship was a pretty good mid-card rivalry :/.

On a less depressing note, Matt & MVP had a pretty entertaining feud over the US Championship, where they'd constantly compete in various competitions like basketball or Pizza eating, they were Tag Team Championships for a bit during their feud that I found really fun, and it ended with Matt winning the US title ending MVP's near year long reign.

This bothered me so much, why are Bryan and Punk fighting for the WWE Title middle of the show

It was all because they weren't The typical Vince McMahon hunks he wanted to main event that night

This business is mostly based on appearance than talent.

Wyatt family vs the shield was def main event status pretty much every time they engaged, but agreed on the rest of the mid cards.

Technically no they were not, the Shield were in the main event against Evolution before they broke up. But against the Wyatt family they were well in the middle of the card.

Ahh for some reason thought they main evented elimination chamber and something else. It looks like they did main event some Raws and such and ended the show, but yeah, not “main event” matches. But, let’s face it, they were def the main event lol.
