This must be done.

You will be judged by your choice (ahahahahahahahahaha)

This poll includes Batmans from movies, the only cartoon Batman that matters, and the TV show. I am going to leave out the less popular Batmans because no one cares about them,

Mine is the GOAT, Michael Keaton.

Definitely Kevin Conroy for me. His portrayal in The Animated Series has always been what I picture when I think about Batman.

As far as movies go I think it's between Dark Knight & '89 Batman, depends on what day you ask me which I think is better.

However, for the actors I love the goofiness of the original TV show so I went with Adam West.

Conroy and Keaton are what I grew up on, but out of those two if I had to pick a favorite it would be Conroy but Keaton is right up there with him for me.

Tough choice because I grew up on Keaton and Conroy and I loved Bale's portrayal of Batman overall. If anything I feel sad inside that we didn't get to see more of Ben Affleck as Batman because he could of been at the top for me. I went with Keaton!

I know one thing if we ever get a Batman Beyond Live Action film he needs to be Bruce Wayne!

I will say that I did enjoy all of these guys at Batman. Keaton was great in his two movies and they set a good standard for a modern Batman. Adam West's campy shit has it's place in history deservingly so. I thought Bale was awesome in his three movies, he was just a terrible Bruce Wayne, but the movies were so good, I basically just treat it as a different interpretation of the character where something like Conroy's portrayal isn't viewed as an interpretation by me...it's just the character. And I didn't mind Affleck either, thought he had a good look as Batman and that he was fine in the movies, they just weren't that great in the first place.

Adam West is the best version of campy Batman; not that Val Kilmer (and I like Val) or George Clooney version.

West's had grace, dignity, and style, and the other two were.... something. :deandre

You know I liked Val Kilmer as Bruce/Batman and I don't know why they didn't have him come back after Batman Forever. I remember seeing the film in Theaters in 95 and thinking this feels like Batman, but damn Tommy Lee Jones and Jim Carrey were so over the top with their performances it overshadowed Robin being involved with all this. Shoot even Val Kilmer's look to me was very similar in the Suit to Keaton in Years past almost like they wanted to try to fool us like hey Keaton is back.

From what I've heard, Joel Schumacher never specified what kind of Batman film they were doing so everybody basically did their own interpretation, Carrey and Jones thinking it was the Adam West Batman and Kilmer and others thinking it was gonna be a serious Batman movie.

As you can see, the result didn't turn out so great. :heston

Studio and Bob Kane told Schumacher to make it lighter than the previous movie.

He could've done a dark Knight movie, look at his IMDB.....but it's not what Kane wanted.

Kane wanted to make sure he would still get all his toy royalties I presume?

That makes sense. It's an absolute shame because it could have been great with the cast they had, Jim Carrey was a great choice but should have reeled him back quite a bit.

Love the story of Tommy Lee Jones absolutely hating Jim Carrey.

Called him an overactor even though he was on some next level hamming himself.

Yeah makes sense it felt like two different films for sure. I mean damn one of favorite parts of that film was Robin's Parents being killed by Two Face it set a great tone and arc for Robin with momentum and then something stupid would happen. I might need to rewatch all the Batman films for kicks and giggles while also being turned on by Catwoman in Batman Returns.
