Slavery took generations to finally solve. Women's suffrage took generations to solve. The New Deal took an entire generation *and* a war-time economy to finally be effective, Civil Rights took generations. Gay rights is still taking generations to get right. Affordable insurance took generations. Transgender rights has just been set back by 50 years and will now take further generations to protect.

The average pseudo-intellectual is fucking braindead and their inability to the the forest for the trees is what will cost us everything.
