If everyone thinks this one came true, I’ll edit the poll and add. Cause I mean, all depends on what a major player would be considered.

TNA will poach a major player from WWE/AEW/NJPW and be able to sign them to a large deal

Gotta be Okada... Both winning predictions were, imo, not really bold or as unexpected to go down, but from those two the Okada one was just slightly less obvious to happen.

After 2023 where they fucked on us and had Roman retain, the Cody prediction did seem a bit bold imo.

Still I went with Okada winning an NA title.

The Cody prediction did feel hopeless a few weeks after it was made bc of Rock too but yeah it wasn't "bold" enough for the time, though still pretty smart since it almost won by default lol

Okada one feels way less bold in hindsight too but context-wise, we weren't even sure he would leave NJPW even though all the writing said he was, it was still definitely up in the air whether he signed with WWE or AEW. So everything really just played out well for that prediction to be an easy one too, but still more bold on Jan 1 from what I remember

Yeah neither are really bold. The Cody pick was really bold only until they confirmed that Cody/Roman II was happening. once that was confirmed there was no way they'd fuck it up and Cody would lose. And we knew Okada was coming stateside, and a guy like him doesn't come in just to be there he gon win a championship.

Probably gonna vote Okada but not sure yet.
