You have two days to set roster. After that you can start posting cards. Brackets and final deadline will be posted on the 25th.

You have until the 25th to set your rosters. Once that deadline is up, a new deadline and brackets will be posted and you have can post your card at anytime.

I just checked and I stated brackets have to be posted before you can post cards on both threads so I'm not sure where that confusion came from.
