That caps lock filter

Whatever happened to it? I've noticed quite the upturn in people using all caps lately and it is starting to annoy me (maybe it is just me). :sad:

The caps lock filter only worked when all words were in caps in the post, if one wasn't the rest would still appear capitalized. Nothing I can do about that.

Plus, sometimes caps are useful.

I also can't work out if he's a :troll: or not? All he seems to ask is questions about choke holds etc and that he's joined a MMA class.
